We find ourselves drawn to the natural beauty surrounding us on the drive up Spring Mountain from the floor of the Napa Valley. We feel exhilarated by the beauty of our surroundings and the gifts that Mother Nature has bestowed upon us. We are also pretty excited, anticipating our tasting at Charbay Artisan Winery & Distillery with a member of the Karakasevic family.
This isn’t a trip to merely sample well-made California Cabernet Sauvignon, although they make that as well. This is an opportunity for a transformational experience, to learn about the long tradition and art of distilling from a family who has been producing small-batch vodka and whiskey for 13 generations.
